 Powerbond Race OEM Replacement Balancer The POWERBOND Race Series brings the advantages of bonded balancers to high revving race and street/race applications where an SFI approved balancer is required. Every Race Series POWERBOND balancer features a precision CNC machined AUSI 1045 forged steel hub bonded to an equally strong steel inertia ring. The steel inertia ring of the Race Series models is positively protected against forward and backward movement and has the assurance of bonded rubber to eliminate spinning. Every model has easy to read computer etched timing marks. Mitsubishi takes its Evo X racing

Working with ADR Motorsport - the team that already builds and runs the two-works Mitsubishis currently competing in the British Rally Championship – Mitsubishi will enter a race-prepped Evolution X into the Britcar Championship.Driven by BTCC regular James Kaye, the Mitsubishi works entry will wear the official red and chrome Ralliart livery and make its public debut at this weekend’s Britcar 24-hour race 'It is anticipated that the engine will develop around 400bhp which, together with the Evo’s four-wheel-drive system and inherently good chassis, should make it a highly-competitive package,' said Kaye. If all goes well, Kaye will contest a full season in the 2009 Britcar Championship series.
Cadillac XTS to use modified Buick LaCrosse underpinnings
Mon, 10 Aug 2009Cadillac's next flagship sedan, the XTS, will borrow its underpinnings from the Buick LaCrosse. The XTS is the code name for the car due in 2011, and it's a two-for-one proposition. The XTS will replace the front-wheel drive DTS and the rear-wheel STS, Automotive News reports.

Mon, 19 Oct 2009Lotus has revealed a limited edition Exige S - the Scura / Stealth Based on the Lotus Exige, the Scura manages to coax an extra 40bhp from its 1.8 litre Toyota supercharged engine, offering 260 of Hethel’s finest horses to play with. That will see the Scura get to 60mph in 4 seconds and break 10 seconds to 100mph. Top speed is 152mph.
